The Tech Center provides a limited number of portable projectors for use by faculty, staff, and students. All projectors come in a shoulder bag with a VGA cable to connect to a computer. If you will be needing speakers, please request a classroom-in-a-box. Power strips and extension cords are also available by request.
If you are using a Mac laptop or if you’re computer does not have a HDMI or VGA port, please make sure you also request a display adapter or make other arrangements.
Projector:
Our basic LCD projectors are the most portable option. They contain ONLY the projector and necessary cords.
Classroom-in-a-box
Classroom-in-a-box kits are the best solution for those intending to present a video. They come with a projector, power strip, and computer speakers.
Projector Screens
The tech office also offers a limited number of “portable” projector screens for use in locations that do not already have one.
