Our team is remotely available ready to help you with your Instructional Technology needs! There are multiple resources available to develop successful  online teaching. Please count on us for face-to-face or “virtual” help.

Need help? You can call, email or open a ticket as usual. Our team is fully connected, ready to assist you.


Husky OnNet is the VPN servce for our university. It is a free resource, for people in need to access non-cloud resources within UW.

Phone Forwarding

We can use the “Extension Connect” service to get our office phone line forwarded to a different number.

We are located on the 4th floor of the Miller Hall building located on the famous Quad area of UW, our center provides technical support for the College Education faculty, staff and students year round.
