This program serves Washington residents of all ages with disabilities of all types, their families, employers and employment service providers, educators, health care and social service providers, and others seeking information about assistive technology (AT) and accessible information technology. WATAP is located within the UW Center on Technology & Disability Studies and is guided by a consumer-majority advisory council.

Assistive Technology Training Online Project (ATTO)
The ATTO Project at University at Buffalo has devised online tutorials that include step-by-step instructions to print out and/or display as a slide show for group instruction and practice exercises that let you practice and master new skills using actual classroom examples. Their website also contains an AT decision-making module, AT basics module, and extensive links to valuable AT resources.

Accessible Books and Periodicals for Readers with Print Disabilities
This is free for all U.S. students with qualifying disabilities. Bookshare believes that people with disabilities deserve the same ease of access to books and periodicals that people without disabilities enjoy.
