This configuration data had been repeated in a couple places making updates time consuming.\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\n\tFile Store<br \/>\n<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tCreated a password protected file store for hosting report files that are only accessible to COE faculty and staff.\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\n\tStudent<br \/>\n<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tModify search so results&nbsp;include students who only have registrations for future quarters.\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tInvestigate issue where preferred name was not being imported.\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tAdjusted layout so search bar and top of page is not obscured when the menu header changes height due to menu wrapping.\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tTools for bulk data entry of PESB (WA state) required data for teach placements.\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tAdded instructions for change advisor on student advisor history page and on faculty page.\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tAdded ability to enter &amp; display placements by academic year. The period type is configured per placement type.\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tSystem now ends faculty role on doctoral committees after the quarter the student completed a doctoral degree.\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tAdded form for administrative staff to manually end doctoral committees.\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tAdded doctoral committee history view to faculty advisor pages.
