To edit your Drupal profile, log in to the main COE site:<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Quicklinks menu (top right on desktop) > Login<\/a>
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Locate your NetID in the admin bar and click it, then click \u201cView profile\u201d:
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Locate and click your name under the \u201cView Profile Page\u201d header to take you to your active profile:
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Find and click the \u201cEdit\u201d tab:<\/p>\n

For Faculty<\/h3>\n

Your basic information will already be filled in. The fields you are most likely to wish to update are:<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Bio<\/em>
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Contact<\/em> > Room and Building<\/em>
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Image & Video<\/em> > Image<\/em>. You can add or replace your headshot for your profile page. If you have a pertinent video on YouTube, you can add the URL here as well
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 CV & Education<\/em> > CV<\/em> (upload, or replace current CV. Enter label for you CV in Description field
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Faculty: Appointment<\/em>: Your official College appointment
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 New Students<\/em>: Notify graduate students seeking an advisor of your availability
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Faculty: Program<\/em>. This should only reflect programs with which you are actively affiliated<\/p>\n

When you have finished your edits, you can either save your Profile as a Draft<\/em>, or if it\u2019s ready to be published set it to Need Review.<\/em> If you selected Needs Review, your draft will be published within one work day.<\/p>\n

Click Save<\/em>.<\/p>\n
