Our work seeks to leverage the expertise of both research and practice to inform iterative improvements and build systemic capacity for racial equity. Please use the links above to orient yourself further to our work.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Our current project is focused on co-designing family-school transformative agency and identity affirming critical literacies of K-3 Black youth to catalyze Systemic Racial Equity.  Our goal is to center Black families and communities to foster family-educator transformative agency and literacy practices that affirms Black boys\u2019 identities and cultivates their engagement in critical early literacy learning.
