Appreview

• Added safety on email Send button to prevent double sending.
• Reworked email batch workflows to give each item a distinct URL. This prevents unexpected behavior when using the back button during email batch.

Courses

• Updated to get Doctoral Committee history from Student database web service.

Person

• User interface for authorizing users in Person database (previously updated directly in database).

Student

• Configuration load routine that updates student sets is now the same routine that updates college programs. This prevents compiled set table from getting out of sync with the actual college programs.
• Provide Doctoral Committee data as a web service. Support merit report in Courses.
• UW Ethnicity data for College of Education students now imported into Student database nightly.
• Moved the placements by cohort report to the menu in the cohort student list view. This matches the other cohort based reports (certification, edTPA). All of these view were made more consistent.

Test Scores

• Work on Pass/Fail for all test scores. Requirements document for rules and strategies to assign Pass/Fail to all test scores in system.
