<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\nAmy\u00a0<\/strong>completed her doctorate degree in Higher Education, with a specialization in public policy and statistics.\u00a0\u00a0Her dissertation examined the adoption and impact of state policies that allocate scarce resources to colleges, and how colleges respond to such policies in order to improve student access, retention, and completion. She studies state performance funding, economic declines and funding allocations, policy diffusion, and student outcomes. Previously Amy worked in study abroad and in private sector finance. She has a Master’s in Higher Education\/Student Affairs and BA in Economics and Psychology, both from University of Utah.<\/span>\u00a0
